Mary Engelbreit Breaks Into Digital Mobile Media,
Re-Enters Accessory Categories

Mary Engelbreit Studios signed agreements with the following new licensees:

Digital Media

uclick mobile, a leader in wireless content, will create mobile phone greetings, wallpapers, and screensavers featuring Engelbreit’s classic art, including some seasonal designs. Through worldwide distribution, the digital accessories will be made available on all major mobile carriers in the Fall of 2005. uclick is an Andrews McMeel Universal company, a well-known publisher of humor books and calendars in North America.

Jewelry & Watches
Arden Jewelry is licensed to produce pins, watches, bookmarks, tins, key rings and photo holders to be sold directly through major national and regional retailers. The watches will feature traditional leather bands, as well as charm and stretchable bands, expanding upon previously available ME watch designs. Arden has already produced a series of ME pins for Mother’s Day 2005 for Mervyn’s department stores. Plans for more seasonal programs in 2005 and 2006 are underway.

Eyewear
Erker’s Fine Eyewear will produce high-end reading glasses and accessories to be sold through optical shops, book, craft and gift stores and other specialty retailers in sets that include coordinating cleaning cloths and cases. Six designs will be available in early 2006 for $24.95 each.
